I’ve got a good way to get me back on track. It’s required for school.
Yeah, my IB Biology class has been assigned to track what we eat- including % fat, fiber, calories, etc.

This week's conclusion
will also mark the conclusion of this cycle I’ve slipped back into.
Alas, I gave myself some time to sit back and eat like a normal teenager and, just like I knew would happen, it felt good temporarily, and then yucky.
Well, that’s the end of that. I noticed that when I don’t eat like I know I should or exercise frequently enough, my academic life is affected in a big way....
Another day of fail
I woke up and passed out and then stayed home with a migraine. I wish I could say this is rare, but I can’t. Therefore, no fucks were given today.
Whatever.
Tomorrow’s a new start.
