So It's Been a While...
I was out of town for a few days with my tennis team to play a 2-day tournament. I play mixed doubles, and my partner and I got 8th place out of 16 teams. Not too bad; there was some great competition down there!
Anyway, needless to say, my eating was NOT ideal in the least. But that’s over now!
I did my chest, back, shoulders & arms workout this morning. Man, am I going to be sore...

Yeah, my IB Biology class has been assigned to track what we eat- including % fat, fiber, calories, etc.
